While a lot of the information posted there will be cross-posted from here, we believe that you meet your customers where they are - whether Facebook, tumblr, posterous, Twitter, email, Linked In etc. It’s not enough to throw up your website and wait. “If you build it, they will come” doesn’t apply here. Nor does “One size fits all“.

So, while you will see overlaps and similar information over on Facebook, there will also be content that is relevant to the readers who just follow us there. (Statistically, users of each social media are demographically varied)

Don’t wait for your customers to find you. Go to where they are. As our client, we’ll give you the same advice and help you develop a social strategy plan that works for your business.

One of the things that I really enjoyed about the site, was being on the “client” side of things. It was sort of like a principal going back into the classroom so that they can remember what it was like to be a teacher. That reminder of what it’s like to be teaching and all that goes into it helps them lead their school more effectively.

The same was true for me as I worked on the site. What issues do clients run into? What causes them to be indecisive about what they want from their site? What matters to them? How can you create a functional site without sacrificing style?

There is a whole process that the client goes through, and as a designer, I can best assist them if I understand that process.
